One Deanside—Stages 1 and 2 have now been formally completed in terms of final civil construction and have successfully obtained the required authority statement of compliance certification.
These two stages will soon be lodged with the title office, paving the way for lot settlements to take place in January 2024.
We anticipate that Stages 3 and 4 will complete construction within Q2 2025, with final settlements following soon after. This will mark the completion of the entire One Deanside project!
