Construction progress continues at North Quarter, Newborough, with strong momentum across Stages 2 and 3.

Stage 2 is progressing well, with bulk earthworks now largely complete. The team is transitioning to the next phase of the sewer infrastructure and preparing for the future park reserve, which will become an important community space within the development.

In Stage 3, sewer installation is complete, while drainage and site stabilisation works are nearing completion. Crews are now advancing road pavement layers and road crossings, with water main installation scheduled to commence next.

It’s great to see the continued on-site progress and the collaborative effort from all teams delivering this growing community.
