Cardinia Park, Officer
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the civil construction works for the Cardinia Park Estate project by the incumbent contractor, Lojac. All required services, payments, roads, road line marking, tactiles, curb, and channel have been installed in accordance with the documented design and council specifications. Currently, the focus is on finalising the Park Reserve located in the North West corner of the site, with the anticipated appointment of a Landscape Contractor in July 2023.
We are proud to confirm that this project has been completed on time and within the allocated budget. Lot settlements are scheduled to begin by the end of July 2023, as previously anticipated.
