Construction Updates: One Deanside, Deanside – Stages 1&2
The project construction is progressing smoothly, with the installation of essential services like stormwater, water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure nearing completion. The internal roads are also close to being finished.
External works, including construction along Deanside Drive and the necessary outfall sewer, are scheduled to begin soon. The construction of the soundwall along the Western Hwy has started and is progressing well, in line with the main civil works.
