The proposed 39-lot subdivision at 690 Somerton Rd, Greenvale, is progressing rapidly, with anticipation for a site handover to the preferred civil contractor.
Applications for services abolishment are currently underway before proceeding with site clearance and demolition of the existing property on the developable land. Post-tender clarification is being finalised with the civil contractor to ensure that the documented and detailed scope has been thoroughly considered, which should pave the way for the project to begin construction in August 2023.
