Construction Updates: One Deanside, Deanside – Stages 3&4
The detailed design for the upcoming two stages has been finalised and submitted to the council and relevant referral authorities. The tendering process is expected to take place in the coming months, with construction activities scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of this year.
