Construction Updates: One Deanside, Deanside – Stages 5&6
Our most recent Deanside acquisition at 131-171 Deanside Dr, Deanside Vic or to be known as ‘One Deanside’ Stages 5&6 has had progressed very well with the finalisation of the masterplan for the purpose of maximising lot yield whilst comprehensively resolving all interim traffic concerns that were previously raised via our traffic engineer. All reports have been received from sub-consultants required to compile a detailed town planning report that is expected to be submitted within Jul-23. The design solution has encased some innovative planning to maximise views around what shall be a signature boulevard development feature that is to directly face an unobstructed natural running creek and native conservation area.
