Sasha Soloveychik

Sasha is an innovative, passionate and considered leader in the property and land development sector. Commencing his career as a mortgage broker, Sasha rapidly advanced through the realms of commerce and finance. Within a six-year period, Sasha has developed over 250 properties in Victoria and has overseen development projects with a gross value of $121 million.

A new breed of land developer and market disruptor, Sasha believes in earning the trust and confidence of his investors through a demonstrable track record of strong outcomes and results. He attributes the rapid growth of Solovey’s investor portfolio to this leadership ethos, industry experience and strong talent capability within his team. The proof is in the pudding. Solovey has increased funds held in its investor portfolio by 300% and have continued to grow their funds under management through to present day.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Larisa Soloveychik

Larisa has been an active property investor since the early 1980s. Establishing her foothold in the Australian property market, Larisa commenced her property investment initially through what can be described as a ‘buy and hold’ strategy. Over time, Larisa progressively expanded her investment portfolio to property upgrades, improvements and renovations, then to several development projects in Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Larisa’s passion for property and banking finance enabled her to further develop her capabilities and knowledge as a leading property finance expert. This ensured that Larisa could proactively and effectively organise financial controls and arrangements to drive the achievement of Solovey’s development projects around Victoria to present day. More recently, Larisa has spent considerable time, effort and energy on Solovey’s construction and project management activities. This has ensured that Larisa can provide best-practice knowledge and expertise to serve Solovey’s investors in the best way possible.

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION

George Mermelstein

George is an experienced Project Manager having worked extensively in the design and construction arena with more than 16 years’ experience collectively as an Architect, Builder and most recently in the capacity as a Client Side Project Manager over the last 7 years for an experienced and well regarded national project management consultancy. George was responsible for managing various large-scale portfolios for valued clients in both the Public and Private sectors.

A broad range of experience ranging from being consulted by tier one listed developers on large scale master planning projects and other private developers regarding the development of various greenfeld Sites across the state to signifcant civic and public projects for the Victorian Government, has brought a multifaceted capability to the business.

George is an able and dedicated leader capable of the delivery of critical projects under his management.

HEAD OF INVESTOR SERVICES

Alex Zaikin

Alex is a co-founder of Infinity Capital Funds Management Pty Ltd with over 12 years of extensive experience and knowledge in foreign exchange, capital and debt markets. Considered a thought leader in his field, Alex believes that the key to building strong investor relationships is through knowledge, hard work and astute communication with stakeholders.

Alex began his career as an institutional banker, holding various and diverse roles at ANZ Global Markets including as a Foreign Exchange Hedging Dealer. At ANZ, Alex was responsible for the development and implementation of currency hedging strategies for corporate and SME clients. In 2011, Alex founded and continues to manage a successful financial services firm specialising in complex credit solutions for construction and development finance.

Eddie Vitkin

Eddie began his passion venturing into the property market in 1996. Starting in the area of personal investment, then moving a few years later into property management and structuring property transactions from the sourcing stage through to building and development, financing, sales and leasing. His will to succeed and determination to strive for complete excellence has led him to pursuing a career in the sales and marketing of property, specializing in unique solutions for investors looking for a maximized return. Eddie’s vision above all is to assist people in creating a lifestyle of luxury for everyday Australians, taking their mindset from financial infancy right through to the knowledge, facts and data that make up the mindset of the elite investor.

Eddie’s success within the property investment arena evolves from his own personal achievement in investing and co-ordinating dozens of investment properties in less than four years. Through this process, he solidified his numerous skills in negotiating the best possible price, taking into consideration superior fittings and fixtures, identifying a unique selection criterion that has a greater potential for outperforming the market place in strong capital growth and rental returns as well as structuring specific finance solutions for a maximized result. Up-grading, building and adding value to a “basic property” is where Eddie’s talent truly lies, as well as being able to identify new and emerging growth opportunities in all areas of the property market. Dealing mostly with highly regarded unique and very boutique properties which are located in lifestyle areas as his preference, he is also specialized in refurbishments, development, land subdivisions and commercial strata office market.

Eddie’s main role is focusing on helping people achieve extraordinary results, especially those who may have previously believed they did not have many wealth options open to them. His number one reason for joining Solovey, is to open up the world of possibilities in terms of wealth creation, financial returns, positive cash-flow and passive income, to as many people as possible through Solovey’s products and services. Once an individual takes the first step and achieves results, they in turn can go out and motivate others to do the same.

HEAD OF ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATION

David Jaffe

David is a qualified Charted Accountant with over 30 years of advisory exposure in relevant industry sectors. With current specialisations including taxation and business consulting, David has extensive experience in facilitating solutions with clients, bankers and creditors.

David is highly experienced in the resolution of tax audit complications, is a qualified auditor and has been involved as a mentor at RMIT and Victoria University School of Entrepreneurship.

Michael Azimov

Michael is a trusted property professional with responsibility for business development, account management and sales strategy for Solovey. With over 20 years of extensive experience across all facets of property development, Michael has managed numerous large luxury townhouse developments with each project achieving record sale prices for the area.

Michael has built an outstanding track record in meeting customer objectives and plays a pivotal role in Solovey’s Investor Services team. Passionate about developing authentic, meaningful and trusted relationships with clients, Michael takes great pride in working collaboratively with customers to achieve their investment and life objectives.
