A project beckoning on the limitations of all the facets and constraints of area, time, efficiency and bespoke custom requirements for an experienced ELC operator all nestled within a 1811m2 parcel. This Solovey project has fortunately achieved the most efficient and practical ELC of product in its early learning history, as the facility has ended up catering for 92 child places.
This efficient, low maintenance and minimalist architectural design managed by our internal development manager encapsulates each class room with a large emphasis of north facing natural sunlight and the element of large glass sliders that promotes the best of natural ventilation and the elements for all staff and children alike. A 5 month construction period largely to an efficient design. We welcome Officer Bambini ELC as the chosen operator and have much pleasure in seeing the centre now open and operational.
