Exciting progress continues across the North Quarter precinct as we move through key infrastructure milestones.

Stage 2 is currently progressing through major earthworks, alongside an external sewer realignment. These essential works are laying the groundwork for the next phase of development and ensuring long-term service efficiency across the site.

Meanwhile, Stage 3 is nearing completion of internal sewerage works. With this milestone almost achieved, the team will soon transition into stabilisation and drainage works — another critical step in preparing the site for the next stages of construction.
