Atkinson Place Estate – Stage 1 Updates
We’re pleased to announce that the Atkinson Place Estate project team has selected the main works civil contractor for our Stage 1 project. Once completed, this stage will see the subdivision of over 83 lots. The chosen contractor, ‘Lojac Civil,’ began work on-site in early April 2024, and has already established the construction area for critical initial tasks such as site trimming and bulk earthwork excavations. Based on this progress, we anticipate that settlements to lots within Stage 1 shall occur in early Q2 2025.
