Our Mt. Atkinson development at 207 Troups Rd received its planning permit in May-23, allowing the project to proceed with detailed design documentation. This step enables further progress on all services, authority offers and approvals required to create a thorough and coordinated set of plans as the project accelerates towards being released for tender to a select group of desired civil contractors.
Simultaneously, our team has secured road names for the development while dividing the entire site into a four-lot subdivision, separating the developable area from the rural zoned parts of the site. This 172-lot subdivision has been strategically located and enhanced by the rapidly expanding and planned amenities in this new postcode, significantly benefiting our subject site.
