We are pleased to announce the commencement of civil construction at our upcoming Lakeside Townhomes site. The townhome site is currently finalising the comprehensive land lot servicing following the recent completion of the realigned Brendan Rd. This strategic realignment aims to create a future tree-lined boulevard, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the townhomes.

Our dedicated civil contractor has successfully completed all essential services, including water, drainage, sewer, electricity, gas, and NBN connections to each of the 18 land lots. With the building permit secured and bulk earthworks excavation completed, construction has progressed to footing and foundation works.

Anticipating a 12-month construction timeline, we project the townhouse development to be ready for settlements in the fourth quarter of 2024 (Q4). It is important to note that the estimated completion is contingent upon the auditing and compliance processes carried out by the Council and other authorities. While we strive for timely delivery, potential delays beyond our control may occur during these stringent municipal and utility commissioning periods.
