The Nth Qtr Estate is nearing the final stages of construction completion. The first stage of our flagship project is progressing as planned, with all civil construction, including the integrated park reserves and associated landscaping, all expected to be finished by early May 2024. The final layer of road asphalt construction is underway, currently being sequenced and compacted before completing this milestone staged and anticipated handover that will showcase some of the finest lake views in the region.
