Nth Qtr Estate – Stage 2&3
Construction for the first stage of the Nth Qtr project, including both park reserves, is complete. Essential services like water, drainage, electricity, and NBN have been installed in compliance with regulations. Landscaping, footpaths, and driveway crossovers are also finished to high quality, and we are pleased with the finished product.
In the meantime, the project has commenced with Stages 2 and 3. Construction works for these stages are anticipated to begin in September 24.
