One Deanside – Stages 1&2 Civil Works well under way in full progress
The One Deanside land estate development located in Deanside approximately 40min from the Melbourne CBD is another project that completely sold out within three months, consisting of 125 lots and a permitted state of the art early Learning Centre. Civil construction is underway with drainage infrastructure and water main installation for Stages 1&2.
The Stage 1&2 portion of the project is anticipated to be competed by September 2023, with the final stages wrapped up in mid 2024.
