The Greenvale Convenience Hub shall consist of the procurement and development of the latest KFC concept store on a 1939m2 Superlot, 7 Eleven service station on a 1851m2 parcel lot, a double-storey office building with retail, food & drink and allocation for a pharmacy.
The fourth lot is allocated for a liquor store surrounded by food and drink/retail outlets, including an Aldi supermarket with direct access to Somerton Rd Greenvale. This project will meet the growing demand for a much needed retail hub in Melbourne’s North.
