The Peninsula Estate was developed over two years, from 2015 to 2017 and consisted of the design and construction of 33 double-storey, three and four-bedroom dwellings and an Early Learning Centre. The project was a success that sold out immediately, with residents and locals alike complimenting the new childcare amenity and refreshed streetscape for helping to reinvigorate the surrounding area.
