Anish Acharya

Anish is an experienced Property Accountant at Solovey, with over 8 years of financial accounting experience across the property development, construction, and corporate sectors in Australia, Nepal, and India.

He began his career in the property industry at APD Projects, where he worked on multiple developments across Victoria and Queensland. During this time, he gained hands-on experience in group cash flow management, feasibility reporting, financial compliance across SPVs, and stakeholder engagement. Anish also has a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies in accounting procedures and implementing process improvements to support business growth and streamline operations.

Before joining Solovey, Anish held key finance roles at Drillcut Group, where he supported operational efficiency across multiple states and business units through detailed financial analysis, multi-branch reporting, consolidation, and project finance management.

Anish holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) and a Master of Professional Accounting from Australian Catholic University. He is currently completing his CPA accreditation.
